If businesses do not have a process for continuous governance and adherence to best practices, cloud waste can spiral out of control.
Learn how to use HashiCorp Terraform and infrastructure as code principles for cloud cost control. After an overview of how to reduce wasteful spending, you will be guided through a hands-on workshop on provisioning infrastructure using Terraform
Foundations on AWS.
This is a beginner's workshop and no experience is required.
What you will need:
- A laptop that is wifi capable
- A GitHub account and experience with basic git commands
- Practical experience with command-line tools and infrastructure as code is helpful
